Zozulu Shipping and Return Policy 

Shipping Policy

• All products are shipped via FedEx, UPS and LTL carriers for larger products. 
• All in-stock orders are processed within 3 days and depending on the size of the order can take from  6(FedEx UPS) – 24(LTL) days for delivery. 
• Most items sold by Zozulu have no additional shipping costs. 
• We ship anywhere in the Contiguous United States. 
• Any order shipped that arrives damaged needs to be reported within 3 days to [email protected] 
• All products sold by Zozulu have a manufacturer’s warranty and claims need to be sent to the respective manufacturer. 

Return Policy

• All returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee. 
• RMA will only be given within 30 days of receipt of the order. 
• If goods are custom ordered then they are non-returnable. 
• All goods must be in new condition. 
• We do not refund any shipping charges and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
• When returning goods, a copy of the RMA must be added to the box (outside of the package). 
• Send a copy of the shipping information to [email protected] so that we can track and expedite your refund.
